The Reset treatment is personalised to you, so the exact time will vary. It’s usually somewhere between 2-3 hours.
Reset is a semi-permanent treatment and it lasts up to four months, depending on your hair type and its condition.
The cost of the Reset treatment will depend on your hair type, its condition and length, and the salon you choose.
The Reset treatment is licensed for use on clients from the age of six.
Our treatments are built on conditioners and proteins and don’t contain formaldehyde or any of its derivatives. If you’re pregnant or nursing and have any concerns, we recommend you consult with your doctor before booking a Fabriq treatment.
Yes, Reset is both cruelty free and vegan.
To get the best from your Reset treatment and make it last, we’ve developed two ranges of homecare products, the Build range and the Hydrate range. Each range includes a gentle shampoo that’s free of sodium chloride (salt) and sulphates, a nourishing conditioner and a pampering mask. Your stylist will let you know which range will be best for your hair.
Once the Reset treatment is complete, you can wash your hair after as little as 30 minutes. Most people prefer to wait and wash at home whenever it suits them. Please note, it’s important that you rinse your hair for 3-5 minutes before washing it for the first time after having the treatment.
Non-oxidising colours (direct acting true semi-permanent and temporary colours) can be applied directly after the first shampoo, which can be after just 30 minutes. Oxidising colours (tints, bleach, quasi-permanent) can be applied either 2 days before the service or 2 days afterwards. It is usually best to lighten prior and add depth and tone after the treatment.
The treatment takes less than 30 minutes to apply.
Quick Fix leaves hair feeling healthier, stronger and easier to manage for up to one month, depending on your hair type and condition.
The cost of the Quick Fix treatment will depend on your hair type, its condition and length, and the salon you choose.
The Quick Fix treatment is licensed for use on clients from the age of six.

There are no rules! But our shampoos, conditioners and masks from each range are designed to work in harmony together, so they do their best work when paired with products from the same collection.
We highly recommend using our Build or Hydrate Shampoos, Conditioners and Masks exclusively after a Reset treatment. Why? Because these products are sodium chloride and sulphate free and have been developed to maximise the longevity of the treatment. They also contain our special African and Amazonian fruit and plant extracts to give you the longest lasting results.
Absolutely! Our Homecare products are a fabulous addition to your hair care routine, whether you’ve had an in-salon treatment with us or not.
We recommend using Build or Hydrate mask once a week for the best results, but they can be used as often as you wish…
If your hair is dry, damaged or coarse – Hydrate will help to reintroduce moisture and leave your hair soft and shiny. If your hair is limp, lifeless and lacks body – Build will work to add volume and softness. You can always chat to your hair stylist if you’re unsure.
Our Build and Hydrate Masks contain much smaller protein molecules than the conditioners and we recommend leaving them on for longer. This means they have more time to develop, helping to build strength and hydration into the hair. The Masks also contain shine enhancers so you’re left with super-shiny results.
